Vacation - Day 1

We're finally home! Had a great time in California. We found some nice, quiet beaches, did some touristy stuff in Hollywood, went to Cowboys Training Camp... I even got a chance to meet one of my good friends... for the very first time! Ha! We had a perfect little get away.

Wednesday we flew out bright and early. E did great on the flight. We were able to get the front row so he had plenty of room to get down and play and even watch cartoons on his little DVD player. (Oswald of course.) We had a lay over in Phoenix but luckily we didn't have to get off the plane or move seats so it was nice and quick. Arizona was gorgeous from the air. I loved all the mountains from so high up... they all look so tiny. (We also saw the Grand Canyon on the second leg of the flight!)

When we landed we headed to the hotel to freshen up then went out to Cowboys training camp! Wooo! That was cool seeing all the players. E made a friend and they played in the dirt together and collected sticks and leaves. lol It was so cute. After that we were worn out and headed back to the hotel for dinner and sleep!

It was really nice weather too - hot but no humidity. At our hotel it was actually cool since we were right on the coast.
