What Is She Talking About???: Busy Week

Yia Yia had to fly home on Monday so we spent half of the day with her and went out to lunch before we had to head over to the airport. :( E had fun watching the planes before we went in to have a drink at Starbucks. There's a BIG plane hanging from the ceiling when you walk into the airport and while we were sitting there, telling E that Yia Yia had to go home and she was getting on the airplane, we see him glance over at Yia Yia and then glance over at the big airplane and you could just see him thinking about how Yia Yia was going to get up in that big airplane and take off. lol It was hilarious to see him playing it all out in his head like, "Wow! She's gonna get in THERE!?"

Sunday was so much fun. We went to downtown and looked in all the shops along the street - so cute! We even went down by the river and enjoyed the perfect weather. There was a nice little bistro that we stopped and had lunch at. We sat outside so that E could have some freedom and play with his cars while we ate. We sat close to the sidewalk and he waved at everyone as they passed by. lol! (Then we did something else that was really fun and cute but I can't tell you what it is yet... saving it for a surprise! Muhaha!) As we were getting ready to leave we saw a horse drawn carraige and decided to take a ride around town! It was so fun! E loved it and he started clicking his tongue like the horses hooves... he was even cantering along with the rhythm! lol Of course I didn't have my camera and my mom's batteries had died in her camera. Boooo!

That's about all we've been up to lately. Yesterday we were wiped out and spent most of the day at home, playing outside in the water. Today we met one of our new friends, Shelby, at the park. She is about a year older than E but they met at the park a while back and they play so nicely together. What's even better is that she live just a few streets over from us.
