Beautiful, beautiful weather today! We were out enjoying it this afternoon - playing in the back yard and even opened up the sand box finally - yay! Earlier in the day we went to the movies to see Hop. Very cute by the way!
While we were leaving the mall, after E got in his bungee jumping of course, we spotted the Easter bunny and got a picture with him! E was kinda smiling like, "Ok, is this good? Why isn't this thing talking to me like he did in the movie???" lol But he was very sweet and said "Hello" and waved goodbye to him - so unlike me at that age! Lol My mother could have bribed me with all the Strawberry Shortcake dolls in the world and I still wouldn't have gone anywhere near that crazy rabbit! Ha!
Why is it that costumed things like that don't talk? They look creepy enough without being totally silent! Is it because it's a rabbit and rabbits don't talk? Unrealistic? Oh, but white gloves, a giant pink bow tie and a butterfly vest is realistic??? :p And how do the people in there keep quiet anyway? Maddening! These are probably the same thoughts I had as a three year old. E eventually will... It's in his blood. :p
Anyway, lovely day. And looking forward to an even lovelier weekend with my sweeties. :)
